New to NCSN?

Stay informed, at your own pace.

For current and former Assembly participants, and anyone interested in national and global Assembly developments.

You do not have to attend meetings to follow the story

NCSN is an independent publication. We gather material from Anna von Reitz’s articles and webinars, Coordinator Training, and public Assembly sources around the world. Our reports organize what was said, when it was said, and what later records establish.

You can read without joining an Assembly, attending a meeting, or agreeing with a speaker. NCSN is not an official publication of The North Carolina Assembly or the Federation of States.

Assemblies around the world

Global Assembly News follows public activity in Australia, England, Ireland, and other countries. Each development is dated and linked to its source where available.

Predictions and announced actions preserves original statements, deadlines, revisions, and unresolved outcomes.

Practical knowledge and conversation

The Commons offers useful ideas, experiences, and resources. The Listening Room is a place to contribute a question or perspective.

A few terms you will meet

Assembly: the organizing bodies discussed in these reports. Their descriptions of authority are attributed to them.

Federation: the organization represented in Anna von Reitz’s communications.

GASR: Global Assembly Situation Report, our weekly overview. Each week runs Sunday through Saturday.

LRO: land recording office, a term used by Assemblies for their recordkeeping systems.

A report of an announcement establishes that the announcement was made. It does not by itself establish that a bank is open, funds have been paid, or a court is functioning.
