PUBLISHEDSunday–Saturday reporting week

Statements are attributed to their speakers and writers. Plans, organizational claims, and independently established outcomes are distinguished.

Banking development and transition planning

The September 28 webinar focused on banking, the release of assets and prepaid credit, and the resources needed to continue the Federation’s work. Anna described the next two weeks as particularly demanding, followed by a further two weeks before anticipated relief could begin entering the system. She did not announce a firm date on which individuals would receive funds.

Anna said a replacement banking structure had been rebuilt and that work continued on safeguards, asset recovery, and a transition away from the existing financial system. She renewed her request for donations, including cash, and described personal and organizational financial strain.

Article 6011, “Where We Stand,” set out four main areas of work: banking technology; international outreach under “Agenda 3000”; asset identification and recovery; and renewal of the Continental Marshals program alongside plans for a Federation Claims Court. The technology described included software connecting different bank systems, transfer tracking, multilingual education, and help desks. These were development objectives; the article did not document a completed public launch.

Benefits and court questions

Listeners asked about Medicare, Social Security, retirement benefits, and a proposed health-card arrangement. Anna described anticipated financial disruption and said eligible retirees should claim benefits owed to them. The discussion did not establish a functioning replacement for existing benefit programs.

Anna again discussed a Federation court system, intended to hear matters she said could not presently be addressed through the Assembly framework. She distinguished the proposed Federation courts from courts created under a constitution, while describing the functions she intended them to serve.

October 1 Coordinator meeting

Anna did not attend. Michelle facilitated, with Lisa Schaefer answering questions and relaying Anna’s message that she was working on a banking project and preparing for a Monday presentation concerning asset recovery.

Participants discussed the September 29 ThatChannel interview with Anna, Lisa, Cal Washington, and Hugh. Lisa emphasized the four Assemblies, practical governmental functions, and the distinction she draws between being recognizable and seeking recognition. An updated state-coordinator directory was also being prepared.

Questions covered foreclosure, conditional acceptance documents, status paperwork, name changes, county development, and the distinction between State and Union State Assemblies. Michelle said California participants using indemnity bonds had not yet reported successful outcomes to her, although some matters remained underway.

Lisa addressed freedom of discussion, association, and voting. She said people could meet socially and discuss Assembly matters outside formal sessions, and could vote yes, no, or abstain according to conscience without being disciplined for the vote. She separately described Assembly contact lists as entrusted assets whose use should remain within the volunteer’s assigned purpose and respect privacy.

Lisa reported that Ohio’s Assembly system had experienced an intrusion after a port was opened for Starlink access. She said the system was unavailable for about six hours, that security measures limited the intrusion, and that it was recovered. Other practical items included an episode index for “America, Some Assembly Required,” coordinator training enrollment, and an account of an attempted fraudulent sale of a participant’s property.

Anna’s articles

6011 — Where We Stand: the four-part work program summarized above. 6012 — What Else Happened?: Anna’s interpretation of the relationship between Scotland, the monarchy, and Great Britain. 6013 — “Chosen” or Not: a spiritual reflection on service and responsibility. 6014 — Finally, Stonehenge Makes Sense: a linked interpretation of the monument. 6015 — Back in 1908: a brief item linking to a Supreme Court case as an example of what Anna describes as confusion of identity.

Held over from Week 39

6009 — The Triggering Has Begun, September 24: Anna connects geological activity, electromagnetic changes, human perception, and alternative future “timelines.” The article presents several different possible political outcomes, rather than one unqualified prediction. These are her spiritual and cosmological interpretations.

6010 — Battle in the Air, September 23: Anna combines a discussion of truthfulness and slander with her account of spiritual conflict, nonhuman beings, and the “Seal of God.” She emphasizes humility, service, and faithfulness in everyday conduct. Both articles retain their original dates here despite appearing in the Week 40 report.
