October 4–10, 2026 — webinars, articles, and Coordinator Training in context.

PUBLISHEDSunday–Saturday reporting week

Statements are attributed to their speakers and writers. Plans, organizational claims, and independently established outcomes are distinguished.

Banking correspondence and account migration

Anna used the October 5 webinar to share examples of correspondence and reports reaching her desk. She began with a purported central-bank auditor’s resignation letter describing a concealed financial settlement system. She also read an account attributed to Stephen J. Nolte concerning the Colorado Assembly prosecutions, and discussed a circulated report alleging a military operation at the International Criminal Court. These were materials presented during the webinar; the supplied transcript does not independently authenticate them.

Asked whether business accounts established through GFG would transfer into a new system, Anna said the records were held and that notice would be provided so accounts could migrate. No migration date or completed transfer process was announced.

Questions also covered retirement withholding, financial proposals associated with the Trump administration, use of AI to examine Assembly claims, and the “three days of darkness.” Anna renewed her request for help with operating expenses and described another period of approximately a week and a half to two weeks of financial pressure.

Public laws and the Federation court proposal

Article 6026, “Public Law Election Update,” reported broad initial support for proposed public laws. Anna said final ballots would include enabling provisions, amendments and additions brought forward by Assemblies, and final adoption or enrollment. She expected the new laws to be in effect by Christmas.

The same article said each General Assembly would also be asked to support establishment of a Federation-level court, intended to work alongside the Continental Marshals Service. Anna stated that she did not regard specific state approval as necessary, but wanted Assemblies informed and supportive. The article did not supply a court-opening date, finalized charter, roster of judges, or operating procedures.

Anna’s articles

6016 — Nobody Was Supposed to Get Hurt: an extended account of Anna’s interpretation of British financial practices, American history, government corporations, and debt offsets.

6017 — The Final Findings in Air Jurisdiction, October 8: Anna draws on scripture to argue that the “Law of Love” supersedes claims of taxation and commercial debt against living people. She describes her conclusions as final and worldwide in scope. This records her declaration, rather than an independently documented court judgment.

6018 — Yes, I Am Aurelian, October 9: Anna discusses claimed family lineage, Stoicism, and her understanding of personal service. 6019 — Incipient Fraud and Breach of Trust: a notice dated October 9 concerning the Avila trust, the estate of Demetrius Julius Shiva, and asserted jurisdiction over the assets.

6020 — Whoops! Another Big Shoe Dropping: commentary on Alberta’s independence movement and possible implications for Canada and the United States. The separate global-news note below distinguishes a referendum process from an actual declaration of independence.

6021 — Only Land Jurisdiction Governments Can Issue Money, October 9: Anna restates the July 1 withdrawal of the Global Family International Trade Bank charter and her position on authority to issue American Federation Dollars. She seeks return of the bank and assets. Allegations in this notice remain the author’s allegations.

6022 — Dumbed Down Dumbest: criticism of education, legal training, and court financial practices. 6023 — Key Concepts for Peace, October 10: a broad statement linking her religious interpretation of law with debt cancellation, prepaid credit, property restoration, compensation, and banking reform.

6024 — For Those Wondering: Anna responds to concerns that her religious reasoning implies a theocracy, instead describing a change toward healing, restitution, and repair. 6025 — Inviting the Holy Spirit: a reflection on truthfulness and spiritual guidance. 6026 — Public Law Election Update: the ballot and court proposal described above.

Coordinator Training, October 8: no recording or transcript was found. This report does not assume that the meeting was canceled or substitute another date’s meeting.
