Banking, preparedness, and a proposed Federation court

Anna opened with an account of recent work in “air jurisdiction,” describing disputes over trust administration, property, and the interpretation of law. She said this work was nearing completion and that attention would then turn toward the Trump administration and the British Crown.

Banking questions centered on access to funds, transfers, and exchange into everyday currency. Anna discussed gold and future silver coinage, while acknowledging that distributing coins and exchanging them into local currencies remained practical problems. She described continuing diplomatic work concerning banking access and what she calls prepaid credit.

A substantial portion of the discussion addressed household and community preparedness: water, food, fuel, sanitation, medical supplies, and support for households caring for children or older people. Anna emphasized planning around each household’s circumstances and sharing responsibilities within Assemblies. Specific medical remedies and improvised heating methods discussed in the webinar are not reproduced here as practical instructions.

On courts, Anna said at least half a dozen states reported having basic court functions in place, but did not provide a list. She described plans for Federation courts to address functions she associates with the former Federal Republic’s Article III courts, with jurors and justices drawn from the states. This was presented as work being organized, rather than a report of an operating nationwide court system.

Other questions concerned travel documentation, immigration and Assembly participation, trade with China, and income classification. The webinar concluded with an appeal for financial assistance and continued cooperation.

Articles 6009–6010 are included in Week 40 as held-over material.

1. A Week Centered on Clarity

The September 24 Countrywide Coordinator Training repeatedly returned to the need for clarity: clarity about the difference between public government and private organizations, about the roles of assemblies and coordinators, and about the relationship among county, State, Federation, and federal functions.

Participants also reflected on the Pennsylvania gathering at Valley Forge and on the practical work of teaching history, building local assemblies, and helping new members understand the reconstruction effort.

2. Banking and the Proposed Replacement System

Anna Maria Riezinger said the banking project would continue despite the dispute surrounding the Global Family Bank name. She described the replacement as an open-source system operating under a different name and said more information would be released after related public-law work was completed.

The discussion also included prepaid credit, cards or other delivery tools, blockchain technology, and the desire for a system independent of large commercial technology platforms. These were presented as plans and work in progress; the meeting did not document general public access to a completed system.

3. Courts and Enforcement

A substantial portion of the question period concerned enforcement. Anna described a proposed Federation court as a way to address matters crossing State boundaries in the absence of the original Article III federal court she said had become dormant. She linked that proposal to functioning State courts, qualified jurors and justices, and a Continental Marshal service.

The exchange helped separate two related ideas in the speakers' framework: the authority attributed to the States of the Union, and the practical institutions needed to hear cases and carry decisions into effect.

4. Government Structure and Local Development

The meeting discussed county assemblies as the basic units from which a Union State is formed and State assemblies as bodies operating internationally and enforcing the constitutions in relation to federal subcontractors. Speakers acknowledged that these distinctions can be difficult for members to understand and apply.

The discussion also touched on Florida, participation, coordinator conduct, public-service functions, and the importance of avoiding private advantage within organizations intended to serve the public.

5. Coinage and American Symbols

In response to a question about proposed coinage, Anna said designs could include the American bison, imagery associated with historic Indian-head coinage, and American chestnut leaves. She described an intention to use recognizably American subjects rather than foreign or classical figures.

6. Week 39 Articles

Four articles numbered 6005 through 6008 were available for this week:

Together, the articles blend financial explanation, religious belief, metaphysical narrative, and personal interpretation. Readers may find it useful to notice when a passage is offering an operational statement, a historical claim, a spiritual teaching, or a personal conclusion.

7. Questions to Carry Forward

  • What public milestone will show that the replacement banking system has moved from development to ordinary member use?
  • What written framework will define the proposed Federation court, its jurisdiction, selection process, and relationship to State courts?
  • What training and documentation would make the county, State, Federation, and federal roles easier for members to understand?
  • How can financial, historical, spiritual, and operational statements be clearly distinguished without limiting open discussion?
  • Which Week 39 commitments can be followed through documents, demonstrations, or later reports?

8. Source Record
